Melissa Kreisa
Melissa Kreisa is the owner of Curated by the Sea contemporary art gallery which opened in Capitola Village in August of 2019 and has recently relocated to a spacious pop-up location in downtown Santa Cruz. The gallery represents 20+ regional artists and hosts a variety of community exhibits. Melissa is an internationally exhibiting artist herself, working out of her studio in Santa Cruz. Before opening her own space, Melissa worked with Bay-area galleries and arts organizations curating, hosting and organizing a variety of exhibitions including: Fibre Arts Design in Palo Alto, Gallery 85 in San Jose, JCO's Art Haus in Los Gatos, Anne & Mark's Art Party in San Jose and The Art Agency in England. I am a SPECTRA artist and have been working with children, teaching art, in schools throughout the county for 20 years. I am also an Open Studios artist, living and working at the Tannery Arts Center.

Roy Segura
Roy was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California. He graduated from San Jose State University with degrees in elementary education and art education. He has taught high school and middle school for the past 30 years. His students' work can be seen at different schools he's worked at. Roy has participated in murals and artwork in San Jose, Soquel and Capitola. He currently works at New Brighton Middle school making adjustments using Distance Learning classroom. Finally, Roy has had his paintings, drawings, sculptures, and reliefs shown at local galleries and establishments.
Shelon Bennet, Staff Judge
Shelon Bennett has over twenty years experience as an artist with a focus on metal arts and jewelry. She has exhibited her work throughout California.
