2020 has been a time of traveling through portals of consciousness. We have moved from hostility and divisiveness to understanding that love is the key and we are all in this together. At least this has been true for me as I have been painting various portals all year, and see that being in the moment, with covid-19, and the fires this summer, all contribute to moving through an inner portal of greater compassion and understanding of my fellow Earth travelers. 
My art work has been seen in NYC, Michigan, Chicago, Marin County and now in Santa Cruz. I have been painting and drawing since I was a small child, and have exhibited widely with one-person and group shows. When in art school, I found that watercolor and drawing were my most interesting modalities, and now I mostly paint in acrylic due to the brightness of a palette that I cannot achieve with other media. Book art, sculptural pieces and handmade paper are also an interest of mine. I am also an author of 7 books, and have a screenplay, novel, and memoir in the works. I am also an intuitive energy medicine practitioner with 30 years helping others discover  more of their true nature.
