New Class Proposal

This form below is meant for new classes only. If you are a brand new instructor who has never taught with us, or, you are a returning instructor proposing a new class, then this is the correct form. ** If you are proposing multiple different classes, you will need to submit another proposal - one class per proposal. If you have multiple dates for the same class, only one form is needed and you can list all dates below in the appropriate area. If you are wanting to teach two sessions within the season, please allow for a week off in-between each, in case you must teach a make-up class.
Our registration fee is now $20 and non-resident fees are $17 (half those costs for classes 3 weeks and under). When you price your classes, please take that in to account. As a reminder the activity fee + the registration fee creates the “resident” price. Non-residents pay $17 more per class.
ONLINE CLASSES: Fees will be 5.5% of of the activity fee, and a $17 non-resident fee. This will help reduce the cost of classes to students while not penalizing instructors. Please make note that online classes, unlike in-person classes, may be held on holidays at the instructor's discretion, but you should be mindful of students' potential holiday plans when making schedules.
