The public is encouraged to attend the upcoming Community Forum on Capitola Mall redevelopment! Merlone Geier Partners, property owners of the Mall, is hosting a public forum at the former Sears site on June 11 at 6 p.m to share their concept for the Capitola Mall and to hear your feedback.  Come hear a progress report on current Mall redevelopment plans and provide your input.

FAQ: Does the City have an application for mall redevelopment?

The regular meeting of the City Council includes a public hearing to consider adopting the fee schedule for Fiscal Year 2019-20. Data related to the basis for establishing fees as required by Govt. Code § 66016 is available at the Office of the City Clerk, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, CA  95010, during regular business hours.

The Council will also consider adopting an updated bail schedule.
