City Council

Council Member Morgan was appointed to fill the vacancy on the City Council caused by the resignation of former Mayor Yvette Brooks during the City Council meeting on January 30, 2025. She will serve through the end of former Mayor Brooks' term, December 2026. She was selected to be Vice Mayor during the June 12, 2025, City Council Meeting.

Prior to her appointment, Council Member Morgan served on the City Council from 2020-2024. She served as Mayor during the year 2023.
