The Department of Public Works for the City of Capitola is currently advertising for prequalification submissions the following project:

Police Department Facility Improvements Design Build Project 

General work description:

The City is seeking prequalification submissions from qualified firms to contract for design/build services for the remodel of two (2) locker room facilities on the first floor of Capitola City Hall (Police Department) in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The Police Department Facility Improvements Project construction is anticipated in Winter 2025. The maximum budget for the Police Department Facility Improvements Project is $65,000.

Proposals are due on or before 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 16, 2024
