The Department of Public Works for the City of Capitola is currently advertising for bids for the construction of the following project:

City of Capitola City Hall Roof Restoration

General work description:

The proposed work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the installation of a Carlisle Roof Foam and Coatings (CRFC) SeamlesSeal Ultra HSLV. Total thickness of the silicon coating must be a minimum of 20-mils for the 10-year warranty.

The estimated cost of construction is $75,000

Bids are due on or before 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 15, 2022
