The Department of Public Works for the City of Capitola is currently advertising for prequalification submissions the following project:

General work description:

The City of Capitola Public Works Department is requesting a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from a qualified, licensed design build contractor to construct a roughly 12,000sf asphalt bicycle pump track at McGregor Park in Capitola, CA 95010.  The qualified team will design and develop conceptual site plans for evaluation with the public works department before completing final project drawings for an asphalt pump track within the existing footprint of the current earthen pump track.  This request for a statement of qualifications is the first step in the selection process. Once the SOQ’s have been reviewed select teams will be invited to prepare proposals and the team determined to have the best ability to deliver the project will be awarded the contract.

Proposals are due on or before 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 16, 2024
