The Department of Public Works for the City of Capitola is currently advertising for bids for the construction of the following project:

Jewel Box Traffic Speed Tables Project

General work description:

The work includes the construction of three asphalt speed tables, two on Jade Street and one on 42nd Avenue in Capitola.  Construction involves excavation of existing roadway and construction of the speed tables in compliance with the City standard.  Work shall also include the installation of all striping and signage indicated on the plan, and stormwater pollution controls.

The estimated cost of construction is $66,500

Bids are due on or before 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 27, 2019
