Planning Applications Electronic Submittal

Capitola City Hall has implemented new alternatives for electonic application submittals.

Steps for Planning Application Electronic Submittals

Step 1. Download and fill out the appropriate planning application. Planning Applications Link

Step 2. Email your completed application and plans to planning@ci.capitola.ca.us.

Step 3. Once the city receives your application, a staff planner will contact you with further instructions regarding your permit and fees. If you have large plans, we will provide you with a dropbox link to upload the plans into our system.  

Payment Options

Please either mail your payment to City of Capitola, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, CA 95010 or drop payment in afterhours drop box (second story of City Hall – South end of building).
