Capitola City Council Candidate filing period begins Monday, July 14, 2014. The County Clerk/Elections Department in conjunction with the City of Capitola have arranged a June 30, 2014, Candidate Information Night, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Capitola City Council Chambers located at 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola. The County Election staff and the City's Election Official will be present to answer any questions potential candidates may have.
