By the 5 p.m. August 17 deadline to file arguments for and against local ballot measures, the City received the following statements, which can be viewed below:
Measure I, New Cannabis Business Tax

The City of Capitola will hold its General Municipal Election concurrently with the November 6, 2018, statewide election.
