Youth Liaison Program

Are you interested in positively impacting your community and connecting with youth and adult City of Capitola leaders? Are you a high school student who lives in Capitola? Apply for the City of Capitola Youth Liaison Program, a partnership between the City of Capitola and United Way Santa Cruz County's Youth Action Network!

The Youth Liaison Program will build bridges between youth and local City Council members to ensure youth voices are heard and considered in local government decision-making.
