 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, for consideration of the introduction of an Ordinance amending Chapter 2.04.140 of the Capitola Municipal Code regarding Council Members placing an item on the City Council agenda
