Consideration of Retail Marijuana Sales April 12

At its regular meeting on April 12, 2018, the Capitola City Council will consider whether to direct staff to prepare ordinances and a potential ballot tax measure in November 2018 to allow retail marijuana sales in Capitola.  In accordance with previous City Council direction, the Council is only considering marijuana sales in the Regional Commercial zoning district, which is limited to the 41st Avenue corridor between Capitola Road and Highway 1 and including Clares Street.
