NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, to consider an Ordinance adding Chapter 12.54 of the Capitola Municipal Code pertaining to regulating skate parks on public property.

The City of Capitola has an interest in promoting the social and economic well-being of its citizens, employees and employers, and that well-being depends upon the existence of healthy and productive employees working in safe and abuse-free work environments. Research has documented the stress-related health consequences for individuals caused by exposure to abusive work environments, and abusive work environments are costly for employers, with consequences including reduced productivity, absenteeism, turnover, absenteeism and injuries.

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, to consider an Ordinance adding Chapter 12.54 of the Capitola Municipal Code pertaining to regulating skate parks on public property.

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at the hour of 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, to consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 17.10 of the Capitola Municipal Code pertaining to Green Building Regulations.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing date for the City Council to consider an Ordinance adding Chapter 12.54 of the Capitola Municipal Code pertaining to regulating skate parks on public property is to be determined. Public noticing on this proposed Ordinance will be announced when the City Council meeting date is determined.
