At the April 9, 2015, Capitola City Council meeting the Council will be considering the adoption of the Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail Network Master Plan.

NOTICE IS HEREBY  GIVEN  that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, for consideration of approval of the City of Capitola becoming a partner agency in the Regional Water Management Group for the purposes of developing an Integrated Regional Water Management Plan.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, for consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 8.38 (Smoking Regulations) of the Capitola Municipal Code to include e-cigarettes.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, for consideration of an ordinance amending the City of Capitola Zoning Code to add Definitions for Transitional and Supportive Housing as required by State law.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, for consideration of the introduction of an Ordinance amending Chapter 2.04.140 of the Capitola Municipal Code regarding Council Members placing an item on the City Council agenda
