The City of Capitola City Council will hold public hearing to consider ordinances amending the Capitola Municipal Code at its regular meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2017, beginning at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, CA.
One proposed amendment updates Chapter 6 Animals to require microchipping and update rabies vaccination requirements. The other amends Chapter 17.98 Wireless Communication Facilities, primarily related to the Local Coastal Program certification of recent amendments in Ordinance No. 1009.
