Fair Political Practices Commission Reporting
The City of Capitola adopted Ordinance No. 1022 to require online or electronic filign of Campaign Contributions and Expenditures and Statements of Economic Interest. We have partnered with NetFile to offer a web-based, data entry and electronic filing system. This will allow campaign committees and other recipient committees to submit their mandated campaign statements online.
Electronically filed campaign statements will be viewable online, providing the public with convenient and instant access to this information. The service is free to both the viewers and the filers.
Electronic Filing of Campaign Disclosure Reports (Forms 501, 410, 460, 461, 470, 496, etc.)
The Public Access Portal contains financial information provided by candidates and committees. It can answer questions about who is contributing money, who is receiving money and how it is being spent. Use the Public Access Portal to research campaign contributions and expenditures, review campaign statements filed by candidates and examine a committee‘s filing history.
